Yes. Postage to New Zealand is a flat AU$16.50 per order, added at checkout. Everywhere else, Renapur has distributors closer to you, so we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

It depends where you are. Capital cities are quickest, and regional and remote addresses take longer. Your tracking details come through once the parcel is on its way.

You will know before you pay. When Renapur Australia is away there is a notice across the top of every page and a second one beside the Add to cart button, both giving the date the next post goes out. You can still order, and your order is held rather than lost.

Get in touch and we will sort it out. Include your order number and, where you can, a photograph of the problem. That usually settles it in one email rather than several.
